Transport of package - picked up on Tuesday from Shakas Rock for delivery Komatipoort - Had to enquire regarding delivery and tracking. I was told no tracking is needed as the company will inform the receiver regarding the status of delivery. I am aware of the heavy rains that the area of delivery is experiencing. However, on Friday the package was still not delivered and this is the message I received "We are not happy to have to tell you that the delivery will only take place on Monday. This as completely out of our control and apologise for the lateness of our update. We are trying to make arrangements for tomorrow but worse case Monday early delivery" I just hope that the package will reach the receiver in good condition.

Our 3rd party service dropped the ball and the delivery did take place on the Tuesday. We have re-visited the services parties from certain areas and made changes accordingly. Service is what we are all about and will endeavor to be the only link in the chain to avoid such problems in the future.
