Hi there, I'm Kyle. A former fat kid, turned certified personal trainer and nutritionist who became an expert in my respective fields to help you become the expert of your own body. I started working in fitness on myself around 6 years ago where over the next 2 years, I lost over 50 kilograms through diet and exercise. I reached my goal and now I want to help you do the same for yourself. Not only by helping you with programs but give you the advice, reassurance and knowledge I never got during my own time.

I offer multiple different packages, from personal training sessions, diet audit and creation, to online coaching.

I'm brutally honest which I've been told can be a bad thing, but I won't sugarcoat anything if I feel that you deserve more.
