What a wonderful experience, professional team and fantastic end result. What was quoted for was delivered and within time, without any variations and any budget overruns. Can certainly recommend using Precision Pools for any related work you may require.

The pool was dug and served the families in this house, very well, for upwards of 40 years but time did a number on it and left it in quite a sorry state! Hugo and his team came on site, worked very professionally and very fast to get it back to pristine condition with the required mosaic, marbelite and other accessories it desperately needed! The cost also, was very conservative given the size of our pool (upwards of 150kL) ... Thanks Hugo and all the guys at Precision Pools for a job well done!

Good professional service and friendly. He did not shy away to give us a tutorial on how to maintain the pool going forward. Most ppl do not like sharing this information.

When Hugo called me after I requested quotes on Snupit, he was very attentive and asked all the right questions. He was able to come though to assess the damage to my pool pump on the same day I requested the quote which I was so happy about. He was professional and very knowledgeable. His prices are extremely competitive and I will most definitely call upon Hugo for further assistance with my pool if the need arises.

I had a problem with my pool where the level of the water kept dropping. I had The Pool Team at my house to fix the problem, which according to them they resolved. It cost me a lot of money but my water kept dropping. Hugo from Precision Pools came to assess the problem and was able to fix the issue immediately and for far less than what The Pool Team charged. He was was friendly, precise, efficient. He explained the potential issues, did the inspection and explained in detail what would need to be done and why. I had an excellent experience and I am extremely happy with the result and the fee he charged.
