The store is laid out in the normal Makro configuration. Stock is usually adequate and I always find what I'm looking for. Groceries are usually fresh, haven't come across a spoilt item.

Staff visible almost everywhere in case you need assistance. Haven't yet needed to deal with a supervisory person, so the dealings have been good thus far.
