I have been treated so badly by your staff. They know this is a fraud case and still they treat me like a criminal. I have never, ever screamed at anyone in my life but unfortunately it happened today. I am not proud of however I was not allowed to finish my sentences and when I lost it I was put on hold and then asked "are you calm now mam". I asked for a manager and she also did not allow me to finish what I wanted to. I asked for a director and was informed the she was the director. I do not understand her reasoning. You have the documentation and emails I send to Telkom in hand and still I am the criminal. I AM ALSO NOT SENDING MY PROOF OF RECIDENCE!! You have my address and that does not have anything to do with this matter. Not even Telkom asked for proof of residence. I trust a director or someone whom is interested to help me resolve this problem will phone me back.
