Common wealth trust handled Alcusolve Pty Ltd's business rescue, it took me over 3 months to get hold of someone, from 10 October 2019 until 13 January 2020 when i received an email stating that they were opening that day, we as employees never got to meet the BRP and never saw any business rescue plan, further more we signed agreements between the BRP and our employer stating that they would pay our PAYE that was deducted but never paid to SARS, this never happened, UIF was deducted and also never paid over to the relevant government department, outstanding monies that was agreed upon to be paid by 30 June 2020 also never paid, not once was the correct protocol followed, this is the most unprofessional service i have ever encountered in my working career, extremely disappointed to see that people do business like this.
I had approached the company,in search for Karen keevey to finalise ,late estate matters backdated 2009 already.all I get is she's unavailable.but frankly she never calls me back even after manier efforts to contact her.my message ends up at reception.and I was never allocated someone else then to assist.POOR SERVICE if feel taken advantage of my this institution.and I have reported this matter to the LAW SOCIETY .
