I'm very disappointed with the bad service I received or lack thereof from Saul. They ask for money upfront which I paid them R2700. My pool still leaks and not clean, I keep contacting Saul and he always promises to come "tomorrow" but his Tommorow never comes. It's been almost Two months now. VERY POOR SERVICE and nothing FRIENDLY about them at all.

They started of very promising, however after 3 days I realized they were not professional at all. They only asked for upfront payments . My pool took more then a week to clear and they really didn't have the right equipment . They ran all our pool water over my driveway , I asked then 3x will it not damage the drive way as it just has been redone. They said no damage would be done.
Well yes it did . All they said was Sorry .
Last payment of R 500 I retained as a result. I will not recommend them at all. I did refer them to my brother but warned him not to touch them now . We are extremely disappointed.

Ntsako of Friendly Pools helped me with vacuuming my pool and giving it that sparkle. They checked everything to make sure all is in good working condition. Also changed sand for me. They're not only friendly with pools,but provide an excellent service too. Keep it up gents

The service from Friendly pools is amazing, they have taken our pool from black to blue in two weeks. I can highly recommend Ntsako and his team.
