Everything went well, I was put at ease and all questions were answered, Everything was explained and the managed was very patient with me, I love how they clean after themselves and don't make a mess while doing the job. Torchwood are the best in the game I highly recommend them. They communicate, if there will be a delay or anything I was kept in the loop every step of the project.
