Lara's been looking after the house I'm renting on behalf of the estate agent. She's been exceptionally friendly and responsive - but even so, she surprised me this morning! I woke up to plugs not working, panicked, sent a message pre-7am expecting a response at 8 (when normal people start to wake up) - but instead she got back to me in two minutes and did a video call with me to talk me through troubleshooting. She's GREAT.
