DC Wireless installed a 10meg wireless internet connection for us last month. The connection worked well for a few days, and was sub-par since, as evidenced by speed testing. A technician (Jivesh) attempted a remote fix - we reported a week later that the service was inconsistent, and below 10meg speeds - he acknowledged a router problem, promising to call about replacement. He did not call as scheduled, but made an attempt to call 2 days later at 11:00. The call was missed, and attempts to call back within 5 minutes till days end were fruitless - no answer \ return call. An attempt to speak to the technical manager (Stefan) at 15:00 was also futile - he didn't hear out the complaint, only saying that he would get the technician to call me back "now" (never happened). Bottom line - we are paying premium price for a premium internet connection which is not being delivered, and the company gives one the runaround when trying to get them to honor their service obligations.
