About Us

J’Dan Building Projects is a leading Renovations and Maintenance Company in South Africa. Started in 2008 by Vincent and Valarie Barnard, with operations in Gauteng. Vincent Barnard has over 25 years’ experience working in a variety of industries including Security, Automotive, Manufacturing and Retail and in the last 13 years in Construction. Vincent has also held Senior Executive Position as Project Manager.
J’Dan Building Projects have developed a substantial relationship with all of its clients comprising many listed and unlisted Companies from all sectors of the economy. Our primary area of activity is Renovations and Maintenance of Commercial and Residential Buildings.
In 2009, the family relocated to Kwa-Zulu Natal, where the business has expanded into. On occasion, minor projects are still completed in Gauteng.
Our goal is to deliver outstanding personalized improvement services at an affordable price.

General renovations to a local hotel in the area. Re-build of the braai area by the pool. Re-construct the chimney Renovated the ball room - stripped down the walls, smoothed the walls and installed wall paper. Stripped all the tiles in one of the suites Re-tiled floors and bathroom walls Wrapped all the BIC Sanded down the stairway and re-varnished.
