Since inception in 1988, Jacoby & Nichol Construction has developed into a well-established and respected Building and Development Company in KwaZulu Natal.
Steve Jacoby and Mike Nichol are both past Chairman of the South African Institute of Building as well as Fellow Members of the Chartered Institute of Building (United Kingdom), which is the highest and most respected building qualification internationally. Steve is also a past member of the Executive Council of the Natal MBA.
Further to the above, our concentration and expertise lies in the conceptualisation, development and construction of various developments.
