I am an individual, like any other, who has experienced many challenges in my life. These experiences have built a desire in me to help and coach others through life’s trauma and stress. ? I focus on inner healing, self-growth, identity and success. ?

Services offered are Individual Counselling focusing on trauma, stress and anxiety addressing personal growth and development. Couples counselling, tool to help understand your partner hoping to advance and improve communication, resolve conflict and set out health. And Family counselling exploring difficulties and hardship within the family.

My passion is to offer counselling to communities in accommodating healthy living circumstances at an affordable price. In addition, my services are offered after hours to suit the availability of my clients so they can reap these positive benefits.

Training has been completed at a Rehabilitation centre, individual and couple counselling. Workshops conducted at the rehabilitation centre and NGO centres.

Wellness Program has been completed at St Michaels Child and Youth Centre. Additional mental health awareness at various NGOs, hospitals and companies for the month of May 2022.
