I have been training with Sean for almost 1 year, before that I was with Gerhardt for about 3 years. The classes are always different and very challenging but they are rewarding and are very effective. Sean is a true professional his knowledge, confidence and attitude are second to none . I would highly recommend trying his classes whether you are looking to lose weight, get fit or tone up . Don't worry the classes are always a laugh and the people are great too. Looking forward to many more training sessions with Sean

When it comes to personal training they are the best in the business! JOM's staff are professional, competent, knowledgeable, well equipped, motivating and always friendly. You can be sure to loose those extra kilo's and/or improve your overall health by signing up for one of their programs. Their services are highly recommended!

Gerhardt Van Der Vyver of Joy of Movement, helped me on my path to a better , Healthier life. Gerhardt is always available to help he is such a good motivator and Mentor. I would suggest Joy of Movement to anyone that feels the need to take that step to a healthy lifestyle!

My over-all experience with Joy of Movement were excellent. Gerhard was my fitness instructor. Always on time. Always full of energy, which hellped al lot, if I was not feeling up to excersise. I lost 12kg in three months. Gerhard was always in contact with me via whattsapp, to keep me motivated. I enjoyed excersising in the comfort and privacy of my own house, so this for me is the best way of excersising. I would highly recommend Joy of Movement to any person who would want a change in lifestyle.
