I was in charge of launching a new Educational programme at a college, where we identified a gap in the market. I was tasked to work out the feasibility and profitability of the product, compile the business case, source the base material and managed the development of the product for students.

In Accounting, it's hard to provide a guarantee because of the nature of the industry and dealings with SARS. I can say that 80% of the time when work is completed, it is done and the client can rest assured. As for the other 20%, this could be the dynamics of the client and then I work WITH the client to resolve the matter.
