very helpfull and always willing to listen what you are requesting and want to be done if you have a request. and they come to you dont have to go to them when you want assistance.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Cindy Forster when I had to place myself under debt review. She was kind, non-judgemental, professional and completed my application very quickly. She explained the process to me in detail. A few months after I received the court order for the debt review, I started receiving threatening phone calls from one of my creditors.
