Fantastic service. The young lad by the name of Wessel has been friendly and assisted me with queries to an extent that I can phone him on his mobile if i have problems. I can say that the staff in this store cares and tries to attend to your needs as soon as possible. The store doesn't even charge for a sim swap or setting up your phone after an upgrade. Where as Vodacom charged a client R150 to do the same thing. I would recommend going to this MTN store any day
I am a Vodacom client, and I am here at Oakfields MTN, to do a sim swop with my wife, who is on MTN. The lady behind the desk is more prioritized with giving the car guard money to buy something, than servicing the clients. I HAVE BEEN Standing in this queue for an hr, and we are second in line. More people have left the store than entering.. The clerk does not greet you, or even smile. She doesn't even reply to you, when explaining to her what we here for. There is no load shedding here, so there is no excuse. This is by far the slowest, most unfriendly service I have ever experienced. I will never change from vodacom. And we will cancel MTN, and advise my peers not to frequent this shop or support MTN.
