I've applied for a new business contract at the MTN Branch in Bethal a week before Christmas 2017, it's now 13 Jan 2018 and only half of the package has arrived. Every time I make an inquiry I have to listen to a new excuse. Besides the fact that no one seems to care to resolve the matter at the branch you constantly have to drive to the branch since they never answer the phone or get back to you. If I don't get this resolved this week I will cancel all my contracts with this company.
