Concert Pitch Entertainment was registered in the entertainment industry on 22 August 2005. It was started in the City of Mangaung Bloemfontein and now has a branch in Centurion, Pretoria. It is founded by a passionate young man, Mr. Jabulani Mbhele, who has a qualification in Advanced Sound Engineering.

Concert pitch refers to the pitch reference to which a group of musical instruments are tuned for a performance. Concert pitch may vary from ensemble to ensemble, and has varied widely over musical history. In the literature this is also called international standard pitch. The reference frequency most commonly used is 440Hz.
