Warning to the public! Beware of David Pieterson who heads up Renovations and Maintenance Projects (Pty) Ltd.
He engages in deceitful practices, appearing cooperative and pleasant, but his true intentions and strategy become evident as the project progresses.
Once he has received more money than the work completed justifies, he resorts to extortion - backdating and duplicating invoices, insisting on payment without legitimate grounds.
Attempts to reason or communicate with him are met with resistance and disrespectful comments while he persistently demands additional funds or he will not return to site.
In the end, he disappears, leaving you with unfinished work and financial losses.
Exercise extreme caution when dealing with David Pieterson.
Protect your interests and seek reputable professionals for your construction needs.

It such a shame when a client like Kim Wentzl over step her own boundaries by thinking they can just do and say what ever they want, to the contractor with out any remorce, not to mention mutual respect.
And in the end when there own wrong doing didn't work out as they hope, taking that last road to bad mouth me on this platform
A statement has been issued to Snupit with all my necessary proof what happen between client and contractor which was very detailed and transparent whereby the client couldn't give any detailed proof except for trying to roan my reputation.
Kim Wentzl promise me the project than she dump me before it starts for a second contractor which only last a month, because she dump him during the project, than she hired me again which it only last a month.
In this regard Kim Wentzl was a client like every other client. I would rather protect her instead of saying anything, but clearly this is not how she felt, why keep quiet.
In the end people needs to know the truth behind the truth.

It is with great pleasure to report on the satisfying and professional work done by David at my house in DeWijnlanden. I can highly recommend him. He is trustworthy, always on time and excellent work done. It is worth mentioning his after service that give peace of mind. I am very happy with his loyalty and he can fix anything.

Dawid did a bathroom renovation for me. Removed the bath, which was replaced with a shower and also installed a new toiled and basin. Everything went well and the renovation was done professionally and in the time I requested. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.

In 2019 I needed some renovations done which included an installation of an enclosed toilet and shower. David and team delivered as promised. They met the deadline while maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Good honest people are hard to find these days but David is person you can trust. I really appreciated David and his teams willingness to get the project done without wasting any time or materials. I highly recommend him for your renovations and maintenance projects.
