I will not recommend their services, poor workmanship, their green screed has hollow sound underneath, poor communication from Andre the owner, I was delayed by 3 months even though I paid them 3 months in advance, I'm still waiting for my certificate, Their green screed is not effective as they claim

Insulated 9 floors at the Old Mutual Building, Sandton with insulating screed. Very professional and organised on site.

GreenRscreed insulating screed was installed in 9 levels of the new 12-storey Old Mutual development in Sandton. The building received a four Green Star SA rating from the Green Building Council SA. GreenRscreed was installed underneath electric floor heating to prevent downward heat losses into the concrete slab. This will reduce warming up times, making the heating system responsive, resulting in on-demand heating - heating when you need it! Energy wastage is largely reduced.
