The company started in 1978 as STEPHANIE RADIO supplying products and services to mines, municipalities and the farming community in the North West area. Second companies SA Radio Manufacturers were established to produce Two-Way radios. At the end of 1997 Radio Active Communications were established to service and supply mainly wireless solutions for the industry as well as project management. Now the company has converted from a CC to a PTY LTD company in January of 2022, and is trading as RacomSA (Pty) Ltd.

Products and services that we offer are:
1. Two Way Radios (Hytera, DMR, Motorola, SFE) with accessories.
2. DC-DC Converters to convert to a different voltage and protection against damage.
3. Wireless LANS
4. PTT Radios - Push to talk Walkie Talkies
5. Bi-Directional Amplifiers
