I had this provider come to my property on six occasions without solving my problems. I am a handicapped and thus unemployed person who has paid them almost R6000.00. Every time I was required to do a payment and clear payment immediately when equipment was installed. I feel that the situation is exactly the same as before they came to me house. I am made promises that they will come and resolve the matter and until now the problem persists. I am being charged call out fees and travel fees and I had to buy two sets of equipment the I feel was a waste of money, which they were very quick to collect, but my problem is still ongoing.

The service that I have received form SAS (Security Automation Systems) was excellent. I enquired about a power supply on my Centurion D5 motor and Mr. W. Van Jaarsveldt called to offer their services being sceptical I only request the power supply. He advised me that he prefer to take the motor and see what caused the problem. I agreed at a very reasonable price. He collected the motor on Friday morning and my motor was re-installed by Friday afternoon in Vereeniging and it is now working perfectly. I would recommend that you make use of his services at any time as I now know for sure who I'll call in future. William you and your team did a great Job!!

Security Automation system i used to install new security beams at my house in boksburg. William and his team was very professional and listen carefully to all my requirement, they suggested a product that will be spesific to my needs. Him and his team did the installion very quick and efficiently. The beams work perfect i have no issues. They also fix my gate motor and gate railing. His prices are reasonable and his work is of high standards. I Recommend to anyone.
