Originally Lucky was great, responsive and fast, the installation job he did was okay(not great but adequate) but he messed up on one corner with a cable dangling outside around a gutter, he promised to come repair it the next day, then never showed up then he blocked my partner on WhatsApp. When I asked him to come repair it he blocked me too. He should not be allowed to be listed on a site like bark or snupit. He’s a crook, we even gave him R200 extra. Boycot him!! Also writing reviews on the blue heart foundation groups on Facebook and hello Peter.

The installation was done in a professional way, the client was very happy with the installation hence he paid R200 extra for work done neat, after we had left the premises the client noted that one of the corner the cable was not done accordingly I than offered to come back and fix it that was suppose to be on Sunday, but due to the installation that i had on Sunday we finished late and I could not go (as it was late Sunday). I than got a call from the clients partner saying I have blocked they numbers. I dont block numbers as I could speak to the partner when they called, by the time I wanted to reschedule I was informed that a review about me has been written.

Poor workmanship and empty promises to fix said poor workmanship. Please avoid for your own sanity.

Lucky installed outside cameras for me. A few days later one of the cameras died - brand new. I texted, emailed and even called Lucky. No response, until 4 days later. He promised to replace it and send the faulty one back to the manufacturer; insisted he is not one of those who install and run away. He didn't pitch up as promised and made no contact to say why or try to reschedule. Then his phone was on voicemail. I got through to the office number. Again, made excuses and promised to sort it out. But still hasn't pitched up. I was really rooting for him, especially in this time of uncertainty. Sadly its evident he has no intention of sorting this out. I really hoped that he would change my experience with people in this industry. In business, when it comes to your word, it can make or break your reputation. Based on this experience: empty promises and creative avoidance, I would not recommend Bhambanini.

This is what I tell everyone, I can not guarantee your own equipment, especially the items you buy from the internet, this was the same cause, the client had bought her self 3 cameras and I only had to add 2 which the installation was done to her satisfaction, but after a couple of days one of the cameras was no more showing, yes it's true I delayed going back to sort out the camera and I was suppose to go and charge the camera, but that said It's not the camera that I supplied, so if I change it were was I suppose to take it too to get it exchanged?
