Skymerc Generator Repairs & Service East Rand, Boksburg  

When I contacted Jaco for repairs his guys were already in the area picking up other generators and he arranged for mine to be picked up as well (this was after hours). They informed me of what repairs required and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery took place after 19h00 a couple of days later to keep turnaround time as short as possible. Although they had a huge workload (load shedding as well as a faulty cable in our area) they worked long hours to keep all customers happy. Would recommend their service (2nd time I am using them)

When my generator stopped producing output I got in contact with Jaco at Skymerc. He arranged collection of the unit the same morning. The following day I received and approved the quotation and by the next day my generator was home and running perfectly. This is great customer service and I would not hesitate in recommending Skymerc and Jaco if you need repairs to your generator.

Jaco's service was great. Although we had problems after the service of the generator he collected the generator and sorted the problem with no effort. They have also provided me with excellent back up service for these genrators as well as others I already had. I am in the high voltage industry where I use these generators during shuts, so they are important to my operation.
