It’s on my 3rd dealing with this company that I’m utterly disappointed. The 1st and 2nd time I did the designs myself and just bought the materials from them, and that went well. This time around, because it was a relatively large project, I used their designers, who in fact are sales people in the guise of designers. The result -> The cutouts for the appliances did not match specification, the walk-in closet did not fit the specification, cabinet door rails missing, no access for fridge doors, no partition of fridge doors and top cupboards.
The after-sales response has been appalling. No acceptance that they messed up, taking forever to respond. None of the issues I raised were resolved.

I really happy with my installed kitchen from this company. Great design service, quality products and installation. Recommended.

Comes out present a once in a life time deal that you have to take the same night. Then you have to sign a contract. Paid R15 000. Phoned slade and said we reconsidered and to refund our money. Never refunded our money. Please be careful and don't sign the contract!!!!
