Ms Karen Cowle is such a dedicated person. She follows any matter through to the end, and gives feed back regularly to keep you on the loop about the progress of the complaint. I value her expertise and would recommend her to anyone with a problem with medical claims and questionable service. She helped me out of a situation where one of the biggest and reputable hospitals nearly robbed me of R27,000. Beware of the unscrupulous accounts officials of private doctors and private hospitals. If there is anything, no matter how small, that you do not understand, refer that to Karen and she will always be having answers, advice or educated opinion on the matter. May she continue to rescue us, the vulnerable, from unscrupulous vultures out there!
