Okkie and his team have just completed major roof repairs and painting at my house (9 days). The work was professionally done and am I well satisfied with a job well completed. The workers arrived and left the site punctually and was I much appreciative of Okkie personally overseeing and managing the project 24/7. Okkie indeed had no problem to go the extra mile, further presenting with realistic and fair pricing. Will in future have no hesitation to call on Olivier (Okkie) Maintenance services again.

We had our roof repainted. Okkie came in cleaned the roof, repaired the cracked tiles and painted the roof. They also cleaned all the gutters without charging us extra.

Painting and general repairs

Okkie had a tough task to remove roots from our paving, reset the gate track, fix up the down pipe gulley all in one area. He did a fantastic job, and managed to get it all done. The gate is running smoothly again. He has a friendly and hardworking team too. I would definitely recommend him and make use of his services again.

Paving done not up to standard. Bricks broken. We wanted a 180° oval paving not done some brick lower than other. Workers had to work most of the time alone and did't know what the specification was. Water sprinkling system was broken and not fixed.
