Hi. I put fuel in at your garage tonight. For some strange reason my card was declined but the transaction went through on my phone. The petrol attendant was extremely unprofessional...just said "Go pay inside" I spoke to him about his behaviour and he just went to his office area.I spoke to your staff inside the shop, told them what happened and they took my ID whilst I fetched another card to pay. I returned a few minutes later to pay for a second time. Transction went through but the service at your garage is pathetic. I asked what is the gentleman's name...she told me i can go check on his badge....she even saw him being confrontational with me. I put fuel into my cars there weekly. I will definitely not return to your garage or shop. To think what guarantee do I have that the first transaction will be reversed as well.
