My most sincere thanks to Big D Towing and Roadside for their assistance yesterday. I got stuck at Brooklyn Mall Shopping Centre with my Sentra. The only delay is that they could not find where I had got stuck in the parking at the Mall. What two extremely nice gentlemen, Abraham and Thomas. Thank you so much for your professionalism, friendliness and kindness. They made me feel absolutely at ease and had everything under control in a very short time and were also so concerned about my well being. It is a traumatic experience to get stuck, and knowing a little about vehicles I had done what I could do thinking it was the battery. However, it was not and my car was safely delivered home. Keep up the excellent work Abraham and Thomas. You make the difference and make me proud.
