The Flying Pan creates & delivers healthy & wholesome home cooked meals to residences and offices in Cape Town. Our meals are made fresh on the day of delivery & only high quality ingredients are used, ensuring ultimate nutrition, flavour & satisfaction. We do not use preservatives, additives or colourants in our food and menus are created on a fortnightly basis for your health, convenience & enjoyment. In addition to our daily food delivery, we also offer a highly personalised catering service for weddings, corporate and private events.
