As a certified pastoral therapist, I guide individuals and couples to understand and heal their past, recognize and change present negative behavior patterns, and cope with overwhelming stress and busyness, as well as motivation and addiction issues.
I help people regain dreams and attain an inspired vision of the future, equipping them to start strategically living this future now.
I completed my doctorate in interdisciplinary pastoral therapy in 2012 and I use a variety of healing, cognitive, problem-solving, and narrative techniques, applied at the level and scope that is appropriate for each client. My greatest strength is as a systemic, strategic thinker, seeing patterns and strategies where many merely perceive overwhelming chaos and hopelessness.
