The lines is always long when I go to MTN in the Golden Acre and I've always wondered why that is.
There is always a smile on the faces of the MTN Staff members, they are polite and very considerate.
They don't waste your time and their time trying to sell things you don't need.
They take their time to understand your problem and do everything within their power to assist you and solve the problem as quickly as possible.
