Matthew: helped me with a range of issues in connection with "repairing" a corrupted disc / corrupted files. setup and configured the laptop in my new flat. setup and configured our printer (Brother). was always available on short term and tried to help in any way possible. is very, very friendly, helpful and a pleasant person to deal with.
