This is the worst telkom store in South Africa. Service is shocking and certain staff members have been there too long to give good service. I had 3 "my own fault" problems with telkom for my business. The staff member and manager was clearly uninterested in his mistake. He denied everything he did and kept blaming someone else. He did not care about my business. I would not recommend telkom to business owners. There are better service providers out there. Do your homework before using telkom Claremont Service. This is purely based on based service. You can never get hold of anyone and you stand in Ques for hours. Staff take their time because they have all day to waste on a job they clearly hate doing.
