In the times we are living in it is very difficult to find good service and service providers who go the extra mile. The service, professionalism, and friendliness that I experienced from Liezl (hope I spelt it correctly) was something you don't find anymore. I can't remember the last time I experienced such good customer service- you just don't see it anymore.As a business owner you must be very thankful for having such a person working for you.
