I purchased a tripod at Fuji Image Centre in Cape Town. Within one week, once I had begun a once-in-a-lifetime self drive safari trip the high end tripod broke. I was sold a floor model and obviously it had undergone some abuse during that time. When I returned from the safari to Johannesburg I contacted the customer service dept. on line and received a less than satisfactory response. This company does not stand behind its products and provides poor customer support. I then chose to deal with the distributor company Mphoto who provided excellent and quick service by referring me to a company called Kameraz in Johannesburg. Thankyou MPhoto and Kameraz.
the serevice is excellent the people ther are so helpful and also very very prompt iwas so happy about the great service there
