Hi, I am Nikeeta.

Sport Scientist, Sport Performance Coach, Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer and Owner of CuztomFit Personal Training.

Not only do I train you but I am here to introduce to you the value and importance of exercise. I teach you why it is important and walk with you on your journey to your desired fitness goals.

I’ve been in this industry since 2013.

Having done my undergraduate studies at UWC and my postgraduate degree at Stellenbosch University, I have gathered all that I’ve learned over the years to bring personal training and exercise introduction directly to you.

With experience in sports specific training and private one-on-one training, I’m here to deliver value and experience. This is not about money, this is about introducing you to the best and strongest version of YOURSELF! ..
