Today I received excellent, excellent service from Donovan Jackson at Lansdowne post office, he went the extra mile, I am so pleased, thank you Mr Jackson, you have made up for the poor service I received at Glosderry post office (kenilworth Centre), keep it up especially your tone of voice, not once did it change during our conversation.
