Randall came to look at a leak we had on the roof, took photos and spent time explaining exactly what was wrong and what he proposed to do about it. He then came back and did exactly what he said he would do, and even more which he noticed whilst doing the job. He only charged what he had quoted even though it took him longer than he anticipated. He was also very tidy and polite. I am very happy with the work he has done and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
