We are led by two directors with over 20 years of combined experience in the built environment, construction, and property sectors. Our Managing Director, Nadirah Gabier, brings over a decade of experience in property valuation, municipal valuations, property management, tender coordination, and regulatory compliance. She holds a National Diploma in Real Estate from CPUT, a Property Development certificate from UCT, and Entrepreneurship Training through the City of Cape Town and UWC. Our Operations Director, Maahir Gallant, brings over 7 years of hands-on construction and site management experience, having led teams of up to 25 workers and subcontractors in waterproofing, roofing, tiling, bricklaying, painting, sheet metal work, and general construction. His expertise covers workforce management, quality control, and health and safety compliance.
