Service provider spent 5 mins, after telling him the dish isn't the issue. He still went on the roof, after resetting the router he says the decoder is the issue. The decoder has been operating the entire time

Good day Our technicians resolved the issue and the tv started playing but after sometime the decoder will reboot hence they advised you to get a new decoder and you were charged call out fee, and told the call out fee will cover for one week if you happen to get a new decoder you were not going to be charged, after our technicians were gone you find your old decoder and called them to come which they said were going to Constantia they’re not able to make a turn now but will come later that’s when you started going ballistic on them because you had a guest arriving at 3pm.Please remember we service more people.
