Alex Moshonas-Hill was taught to cook by her Greek father from an early age and despite having no formal training, she bought and ran her own restaurant, No. 10 Restaurant in Tamboerskloof, which was voted one of the Top 10 restaurants in Cape Town for two years running. Later, Alex started catering for the film industry, which she loves so much, she has been doing this for the past 25 years!
