We had Tensi Shade install some shade netting at our home. From our very first interaction with Nizaam (for a quotation), we were impressed by his punctuality, attention to detail, care taken to understand exactly what we wanted to accomplish, and willingness to patiently and clearly communicate the pros and cons of our original plans as well as potential alternatives. Communication was excellent throughout and installation was done neatly, timely, and with minimal disruption. As is always the case with these kinds of projects, we'll only know the true quality of the workmanship after a fair amount of time has passed, though there is nothing to indicate that it is anything but of the highest quality. It would be fair to say that we've been extremely satisfied with Tensi Shade's service up to this point and would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in installing shade netting.

Nizaam from Tensi Shade came to give us a quote for putting up a shade sail on our patio area as well as a canopy top for a garden swing. From our first contact with him to the completion of the job he impressed us all the way. At the first appointment when he came to measure for the quote it was clear that he " knows his oats". By the next day we had his quote. He was happy for us to check out a previous job in our area. These people also confirmed his reliability and good work ethic. Due to unfavourable weather the first date for being on site had to be re-arranged. By 07.15am of that day we had a whattsapp from him asking when next would be suitable. We liked that he is constantly in contact keeping us informed of progress. These days it is difficult finding a reliable service provider.
