Outstanding Service Always... from both the day and night shift teams. However I need to commend the night shift staff, [the Full team but particularly, Michael, Andrew, John].On my way home from work one evening at approx. 22h00 something rather unusual was taking place -They advised me that a customer was feeling sick and became more ill in the car and 2 of the attendants drove him home... this tells me that we still have people who care and people who are committed to there jobs and certainly your company values and service strategy and they should be rewarded for their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I need a reply as I would like to send this through to your Head Office as it speaks directly to the SHELL Brand and what it stand for, for over 100 years. Well Done to the owners for investing in such Great Staff......... I have told everyone in my social circle and I will continue......Thank you
