VDMMA has been fortunate to be recognized for its design abilities, and for this reason the nature of projects offered to the practice has been guided more by the desire of clients to create interesting and exciting buildings, rather than to approach the practice for a particular typology specialisation.

As a result VDMMA has completed a wide range of diverse projects – including commercial offices, retail stores, education facilities, group housing, hospitality facilities, apartments, conference centres, shopping centres, wine cellars and individual houses.

At VDMMA we do not believe that there is any separation between interior and exterior architecture. In the vast majority of our buildings we fulfill both roles in order to achieve a building which is consistent and complete. We collaborate with other teams where appropriate, but only where we believe these principles will be valued and shared.
