LL Projects is a Cape Town construction and project management business led by Leon Mayo, a construction project manager with more than 10 years' experience. We work on high-end residential and commercial projects across the city, either as the builder on turnkey projects and renovations, or as the project manager when another contractor builds.

- The Marly Hotel, Camps Bay: project management of a new hotel build and full fit-out, completed by the agreed date despite late stakeholder changes
- House DB, Constantia: built by LL Projects as main contractor
- House JF, Tamboerskloof: a new home and full fit-out completed on time; the owners have since appointed us again for another renovation
