The manager of the store is beyond rude and super unprofessional. Canceled my appointment immediately after my encounter with her. My boyfriend got his hair cut, it was an average hair cut, not worth the trip, and definitely not worth being spoken to like that. ( the manager was screaming at me for asking the hairdresser how to cut the hair. According to the manager I shouldn’t be telling the hairdresser how to do her job...) ( when someone cuts your hair they don’t freestyle it, you ask them how you would like it done. I was being super polite to the hairdresser and we agreed on what to do to the hair.)
