I used Mpauli Consulting Pty Ltd's service to provide architectural designs for my 222 sqm property, which includes four double-storey apartments and a single-dwelling house. He also submitted the designs for me at the City of Cape Town offices and walked them through the LUM process until they were approved. I would recommend Bayanda again.
