1. Payment Option
•Select your own payment option to suit your cash flow. There are 3, 4 and 5 year options available.
2. Ownership
•The Rent to Own financing product is designed that you own the furniture after the repayment conditions are adhered to.
3.Capital Expenditure Strain
•No strain on the capital expenditure to invest a large amount of capital and thereby reducing working capital. By entering into a Rent to Own transaction you can apply your cash flow where it is needed and spread your furniture expenditure over a 3, 4 or 5 year period dependant on your available cash flow, with the repayment amount tax deductible in most instances.
•When you are expanding your business, you can at no initial capital outlay, subject to credit approval, furnish your new staff with new furniture.
•When moving to a new premises, you would not have furniture moving and reassembly costs, merely add furniture rental to your office rental, for qualifying applications.
4. Off Balance Sheet
•Furniture is a depreciating asset, Rent to Own provides you with the facility to keep the furniture of the balance sheet.
5. Delivery and Assembly Costs
•All delivery and assembly costs are included in monthly rates nationally.
6. Tax Benefit
•If you purchase the furniture by making use of capital expenditure, you are liable for the taxation at year end as you are only allowed to depreciate furniture of over normally a 5 year period. It puts a strainon your company cash flow, and capital expenditure budget.
•The full monthly rate can be written off to tax as an operating expense.
Who can Rent to Own
- Businesses that have been trading for at least 2 years and have an annual turnover exceeding R2m;
- Businesses that are relocating to new premises;
- Businesses that are expanding and require new office furniture for their additional staff;
